Not all of our gods are humanoid. One is a giant supercomputer, so it's not too far of a stretch to think of The House as a similar entity.

The diary entries seemed to be written by normie humans. Like, they didn't mention having any abilities. There're some here right now, obviously, but then there's gods like you, people blessed by gods, and those with supernatural abilities, too.

You'd think with our knowledge base, it'd be easier to understand what makes this place tick, but there's still dead ends everywhere.
